For me, a sign of liking a product is using it up. It feels really good (and sad at the same time), to throw away a completely empty container, it makes every penny spent feel worth while and gives you permission to, maybe, buy something new, without having to face guilt.
But sometimes I’ve loved the product that much, that I don’t want to try anything new and just repurchase. Hydraluron, YSL Shocking False Lash Effect Eyeliner and Clarins Instant Eye Make-Up Remover definitely make the category. I’ve talked about them all before, they are my holy grail products and I wouldn’t even dream of replacing them.
In my London Haul I featured my new Chanel Eyelash Curlers, which will be replacing my Shu Uemura ones. They lasted a long time and did a wonderful job, so I’m not changing because I wasn’t happy, I just fancied a change.
A product I’m planning to repurchase is the Superfacialist Rose Miracle Makeover Facial Oil. Absolutely love using it in the evenings for my first cleanse. The only thing that’s holding me back, is the fact that I want to try the much talked about Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm first and see how I get along with it.
The last, but not least is a sample size of the Bumble & Bumble Thickening conditioner. I really enjoyed using it and wouldn’t mind getting a full size, but I have loads of hair product waiting to be used up first.
What are your ‘can’t love without’ products?
